Mindfulness Meditation
Mindful attention to the present moment expands our capacity for joy, peace, love and compassionate engagement with our world. This practice is subtle and can be developed over time.
Yoga
Yoga is the practice of creating union in body, mind, and spirit. It is a way to discover harmony and learn to live in the present moment. Our life manifests in movement, but the grace and power of our lives can be found in stillness. I teach from a space of stillness and rhythm and believe we can find our deepest purpose when we feel a sense of connection.
